With this hybrid approach, you'll never feel alone in your fitness journey and gain the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed for long-term success. Within this monthly (4-week) program plan you'll enjoy: - Weekly face-to-face online coaching support (30 minutes) - Progressive exercise programming to build your physical strength and endurance - Workouts designed to fit your schedule and workout environment - Weekly program adjustments based on real-time progress - Ongoing form correction and technique refinement - Enhanced exercise confidence and competence - Continued accountability to keep you on track - Month-to-month booking for maximum flexibility - The option to transition to independent programming when ready (see “Monthly Exercise Programming” service option)
